a. Payment Terms
All purchases for classes, memberships, or other services must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments are accepted via secure methods, which include credit cards, debit cards, and other applicable payment gateways provided on our website.
b. Auto-Renewal for Memberships
Memberships may include automatic renewals. You authorize EZ Pilates to charge the payment method on file at the start of each renewal term unless you cancel the membership prior to the renewal date.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to class packages, memberships, and gift cards. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused classes or services due to personal schedule changes.
b. Cancellations by EZ Pilates
If EZ Pilates cancels a class, workshop, or session due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or attend a comparable session. Refunds for cancellations initiated by us will be issued at the sole discretion of EZ Pilates.
5. Rescheduling Policy
If you cannot attend a class that is part of your package or membership, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. If proper notice is not provided, the class will be counted as "used," and rescheduling will not be permitted.
6. Membership Terms
a. Membership Usage
Memberships and packages are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or gift your membership to another individual.
b. Termination
EZ Pilates reserves the right to terminate memberships or deny access to services in cases of misconduct, failure to comply with these Terms, or if payments are not received.
c. Use-It-Or-Lose-It Policy
Memberships and class packages must be used within their allotted time periods (e.g., monthly or annual memberships). EZ Pilates will not extend time frames for expired memberships or unused class credits.
7. Compliance with Florida Law
EZ Pilates follows all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Florida.
8. Limitation of Liability
EZ Pilates is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during our classes or programs. Clients are encouraged to consult with their physician before engaging in physical activities.
